Digital Product License Agreement

1. Grant of License

1.1. License Grant: Funnels With Friends ("Licensor") grants the licensee ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, and distribute the digital product "Funnels With Friends" (the "Product") according to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1.2. Affiliate Link: The Licensee if they choose is able to resell the FWF course and earn 40% commission. However, the Licensee must adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

2. Usage Rights and Restrictions

2.1. Authorized Use: The Licensee may use the Product for personal or business purposes, including selling it to others.

2.2. Prohibited Activities: The Licensee agrees not to engage in any unlawful, unethical, or prohibited activities when using or reselling the Product. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, misrepresenting the Product, reverse engineering, modifying, or distributing the Product in violation of applicable laws.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership: Moxie Sisters retains full ownership of the Product, including all intellectual property rights. The Licensee acknowledges that this license agreement does not grant any ownership rights to the Product.

3.2. Attribution: The Licensee must not remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary designations from the Product.

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1. Pricing: The price if FWF is $147. As an affiliate you will earn 40% of that if you choose to and successfully resell the course. Although this course is worth over $500, the price of $147 will never change and can not be changed by any FWF Affiliate.

4.2. Payment Processing: The Licensee is responsible for handling all payment processing for the sale of the Product. Third-party services may handle payment processing, and their terms and conditions will apply.

5. Warranty and Disclaimer

5.1. No Warranty: The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Moxie Sisters makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Product.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moxie Sisters will and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to the use or resale of the Product.

7. Termination

This license agreement may be terminated by either party without notice if the other party breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use, distribution, and resale of the Product.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of North Carolina.

9. Entire Agreement

This license agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
